There was a couple living on each floor of the apartment building. An accident caused the wife downstairs to have a miscarriage, and the two families fell out. Not long after, the two reconciled, but the wife upstairs discovered that terrifying strange things kept happening to her newborn baby. Was it a conspiracy by the neighbor or had she fallen into a delusion of persecution?
