Rosa's mother has four children. She runs a small grocery store in a shabby residential area in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. To make a living, Rosa and her husband Nester began to resell anesthetic injections. One day, they were arrested by the police. Rosa and her children are willing to do anything to get rid of the corrupt police
