At the age of 25, the unaccomplished young man, Ryosuke Anjin (played by ), unexpectedly owes 3 million yen in debt. After that, he is forced to become an employee of the freight company run by Yuki Yamaoka (played by taiko Matsuyuki). Although the daily wage is as high as 50,000 yen, the goods transported are high-risk "items" such as corpses.
