Hacking incidents with serious consequences occurred simultaneously in Hong Kong, China and Los Angeles, the United States. The Chinese government and the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States have decided to join hands to find out the truth of the incident. After investigation, it was found that the hacker used a remote access tool during the crime, and the program was written by a mysterious man named Nicholas (played by Chris Hemsworth), who is a cyber expert and is now behind bars. Chen Dawei (played by Wang Leehom) is the officer in charge of this case. He and his sister (played by Tang Wei) travel all the way to Los Angeles and, with the help of agent Carol (played by Viola Davis), find the trace of Nicholas.
