Shenhetian Village, located in a remote area, is a village with a severe population outflow and an extremely high degree of aging. The arrival of Doctor Ino Osamu (played by Tsuruho Tei) solved the elderly people's problem of having no way to get treated. He is kind and amiable, highly skilled in medicine, and is regarded as a deity by the local people, enjoying great respect.
