The warm-hearted Changwang offended his superior Chen Bo (played by Dai Zhiwei) by helping his brothers Huang Shui (played by Lin Jiahua) and Huang Shan (played by Lin Wenlong). Chen Bo's friend Zhou Jinrong (played by Luo Lelin) plotted to sell Changwang to Southeast Asia. Changwang's wife, Yuan Xiulan (played by Mi Xue), rushed to rescue him but was alone and powerless.
