A major transnational case stumpy the Hong Kong police. At a high-level secret meeting, Detective Cao (played by Cao Defa) accepts the suggestion of his subordinates and decides to send non-police personnel to steal the precious diamonds of Japanese gangster criminals. As usual, he found his old partner from the Five Lucky Stars, but in the end, only Zhegu CAI (played by Sammo Hung) agreed to take over.
